One rate per vehicle, per month
One rate per vehicle. No per-seat charge, no module licences, and no charge for the people who only read a report. The whole platform is included at every tier.
SAR50

A fleet of 50 vehicles is the smallest we take on.
- Every user in your operation, at any number
- Every role, permission set and approval chain
- Every job order, dispatch order and invoice

A fleet of 50 vehicles is the smallest we take on.
Included at every tier
- All eight product areas
- Unlimited users and roles
- English and Arabic, with full RTL
- An isolated workspace at its own address
- Saudi reference data seeded on day one
- 26 reports, alerts and the audit trail
- Driver application access
- Odoo, Bayan and email integrations
What affects the price
- The rate is per vehicle on the fleet register, counted per month.
- Telematics needs your own account on the IoT platform, which is billed by that provider rather than by us.
- Enterprise and white-label terms are quoted against your requirements.
How the count works
One number decides the bill, and it is a number you already keep. There is nothing else to meter.
Vehicles on the fleet register
What is on the register for the month, not what moved. A vehicle you own and do not run still holds a place on the board, in compliance and in maintenance.
Counted monthly, not annually
The register is read each month. A fleet that grows in March is billed for the growth from March, not from the anniversary of the contract.
Trailers travel with the unit
A tractor and the trailers it pulls are one vehicle on the count. You are not charged twice for one movement.
Nothing else is metered
Not users, not job orders, not invoices raised, not reports run, not storage used, not documents held.
What a fleet actually pays
The arithmetic, since a rate per vehicle is easy to state and awkward to picture. Figures exclude VAT and the IoT platform account, which its provider bills.
| Fleet | Rate | Per month | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 vehicles | SAR 50 | SAR 2,500 | SAR 30,000 |
| 100 vehicles | SAR 50 | SAR 5,000 | SAR 60,000 |
| 150 vehicles | SAR 45 | SAR 6,750 | SAR 81,000 |
| 300 vehicles | SAR 45 | SAR 13,500 | SAR 162,000 |
Above 100 vehicles the whole fleet moves to SAR 45, not only the vehicles past the hundredth. A fleet of 101 pays less than a fleet of 100.
What you are not charged for
Per-seat pricing punishes an operation for putting the right person in front of the record. These are all free at every tier.
- Every user in your operation, at any number
- Every role, permission set and approval chain
- Every job order, dispatch order and invoice
- Every report run and every alert raised
- Every driver on the mobile application
- The audit trail, for its whole retention
Billed by somebody else
Two costs sit next to this one and are not ours to charge. Saying so before a contract is easier than explaining it after an invoice.
- The IoT platform account
- Telematics runs on your own account with the IoT provider, billed by them. Shipr.me consumes that feed and does not resell it.
- VAT
- Every figure on this page is before tax. The invoice you receive is a bilingual ZATCA invoice like the ones the platform raises.
What happens as the fleet grows
Nothing you have to negotiate. The threshold is a property of the price list rather than a reason to reopen a contract.
Crossing 100 vehicles
The rate for the whole register drops to SAR 45 in the month the register crosses it. No renegotiation and no new agreement.
Falling back below it
The rate returns to SAR 50 for a register that falls back under 100. The floor of 50 vehicles still applies.
Adding an operating company
A second legal entity with its own customers and its own books is an enterprise arrangement rather than a bigger fleet.
Seasonal peaks
Vehicles added for a season are counted in the months they are on the register and not after they leave it.
Enterprise and white label
Quoted rather than listed, because the things that change the number are not fleet size. Tell us which of these apply and we will come back with a figure.
Your own brand on the product
The console, the driver application and the documents carry your identity rather than ours.
Multiple operating companies
Separate books, separate customers and separate compliance, under one commercial relationship.
Terms against your requirements
Service levels, data residency, retention and contract length agreed rather than assumed.
Before you ask
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. A workspace opens with Saudi reference data already in it, which is the work a setup fee usually pays for.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- Terms are agreed with the quotation. There is a minimum fleet — 50 vehicles — rather than a minimum term you cannot leave.
- Do you charge for the driver application?
- No. Every driver you run is included, and the application is part of the platform rather than an add-on.
- What if we only want some of the eight areas?
- The price is the same either way. They are one record rather than eight products, and there is no version of this with pieces removed.
- Can we try it before committing?
- Yes. The demonstration runs on a seeded Saudi workspace, and we will put your own routes and cargo through it.
Work out what your fleet would cost
Tell us your fleet size and what you move. We will come back with a figure and show you the running product against a seeded Saudi workspace.
